English speaking blood donors

English speaking donors are welcome to donate blood in Stockholm, Uppsala and Gothenburg

Welcome to donate blood at one of our locations for english speaking donors. If you want to contact the blood donation center digitally, you need an e-identification. You can use BankID or Freja eID Plus. Note that the services are in Swedish.

To become a blood donor​

To become a blood donor you must:

  • Be between 18 and 60 years old
  • Weigh at least 50 kg
  • Be healthy
  • Have a valid Swedish identity document with a Swedish personal identity number.

Important to know about Malaria 
Note that if you were born in an area with malaria and/or frequently travel to areas with malaria it might be difficult to be a blood donor. Consult the staff for more information.

We welcome English-speaking donors to book appointments on Mondays at 12:30 and 13:30, Tuesdays at 08:00, 12:30, and 13:30, and Thursdays at 12:30, 13:30, and 18:00.

Gothenburg
GeBlod, Nordstan

We welcome English speaking blood donors on Wednesdays at 12- 6 pm.

To become a blood donor, you can choose different ways to register.

If you know a little Swedish, we prefer that you register by filling in the form at Bli blodgivare.

If you only speak English, you can contact us directly. To book your appointment by phone, please call 031-342 20 40.
